Defending champions Spain are knocked out of the Davis Cup 2021 as Spanish doubles team of Marcel Granollers and Feliciano Lopez lost to Russia's Aslan Karatsev and Andrey Rublev 4-6, 6-2, 6-4 in Madrid.
