Pandemic forced us to borrow money to pay staff, players: Cricket West Indies President

Cricket West Indies President Ricky Skerritt revealed that the COVID-19 pandemic forced them to borrow money to pay players and staff wages but the board's debt has reduced to a third in his tenure.
