Caeleb Dressel breaks Michael Phelps' record with 8 medals as World Swimming Championships concludes

The U.S. sprint specialist became the first swimmer to win eight medals at a single world championships, taking down Olympic great Michael Phelps`s 10-year-old 100 metres butterfly world record for good measure.
